Please be advised that the personal importation scheme for all vaping products in Australia has been discontinued as of March 1, 2024. Any orders arriving in Australia containing vaping products, regardless of nicotine content or prescription status, may be seized by customs authorities.

Shipping to Australia and Acceptance of Risk

While Podlyfe can still ship to Australia, please be aware that packages intercepted by the Australian Border Force (ABF) will be confiscated. By making a purchase with Podlyfe, you acknowledge and accept the risk of your package being seized by the ABF. 

Please note that we are unable to provide customs clearance guarantees or refunds for packages that are seized by customs. 

Multiple warnings are presented during the checkout process to ensure you are aware of this risk.

Alternative Purchase Method

For the safest and quickest way to obtain vaping products, we recommend purchasing tobacco or menthol flavored vapes from a local pharmacy in Australia with a prescription from a GP.

Shipping Information

We dispatch orders from our Auckland warehouse using international courier services. Please note that couriers generally do not operate on weekends and public holidays, except in some metropolitan areas. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly with the courier service.
