My Pod Vape device stopped working, what do I do?Updated a year ago
- Clean the pod connectors using a paper towel to wipe away any residue or debris in both the device and pod.
- Insert the pod the opposite way (180 degree rotation) if applicable to the device you are using
- Try using a different pod in the device
- Remove the pod and gently blow into the mouth piece, carefully wipe down any eliquid that escapes in the process
- Gently tap the device on a hard surface like the side of a table
