My pods arrived with leaky residue in the packaging, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

Prefilled pods subject to a drastic altitude change (like airfreight) may experience a minor amount of condensation or leakage. If your prefilled pod has leaked, it's best to avoid direct contact with the eLiquid. If you get eliquid on your hands, simply wash with soap and water. You may continue using a prefilled pod if some liquid has escaped, but carefully wipe the liquid off with a clean cloth or tissue before inserting into your pod device. If leaking continues, please contact us.
