Australian Orders
Nicotine prescription required
From October 1st 2021 a valid medical prescription is required for vaping products containing nicotine being imported into Australia under the personal importation scheme.
While there are no legal requirements to provide a copy of your prescription to an overseas vendor when ordering nicotine vaping products; DHL have mandated that nicotine exporters collect a copy of your prescription and submit it to them with the usual required export documentation prior to pickup to ensure a no hassle, quick and compliant customs clearance. To help make this process as easy as possible, we've created a prescription upload tool at checkout that links with DHL.
If you would prefer to deal directly with Australian authorities for any queries relating to your prescription we offer Courier Select AU (NZPOST / AUSPOST) as an alternative shipping method. In the event your parcel is intercepted by the Australian Border Force, it will be referred to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) who will contact you directly to provide a copy of your prescription prior to authorising the release of your order through customs. If you are unable to provide a valid copy of your prescription your shipment will seized and you may face penalties.
Please note: No compensation (or replacements) will be provided for losses you incur resulting from not having a valid nicotine prescription.
